This wine is unique and is halfway between the biological aging of fino and manzanilla grapes, but at the ripe age of 9 years the grape plant has been cut to introduce it into oxidative aging for another ten years in the traditional system of soleras and hatcheries. It is a very complex wine, both due to its age and the sensory evolution it provides both on the nose and on the palate. It has recently obtained the Gold medal at the Mezquita de Córdoba Awards.
